Effect of VCX on the chemo-sensitivity of MDA-MB-231 cells to DOX. MDA-MB-231 cells were treated for 24 h with VCX 25 μM alone or in combination with DOX 100 nM. Thereafter, the percentage of cell underwent apoptosis were determined using Muse® Annexin V & Dead Cell Kit.
