Predicting the effect of the four-gene (COL1A1, COL1A2, COL3A1, and COL5A2) signature on the survival of BLCA patients using PROGgeneV2. Public databases (GSE13507, GSE31684) were used to classify bladder cancer into high combined gene and low combined gene expression subgroups (as per the median). Kaplan–Meier survival curves showed that patients with a high gene expression had significantly shorter overall survival (A) and relapse-free survival (B) than those with low gene expression. BLCA: bladder urothelial carcinoma.
