Lenalidomide enhances cytokine secretion by CD133-CAR T cell. To test the effect of lenalidomide on the cytokine secretion of CAR T cell, CD133-CAR T cells were cocultured with U251 CD133-OE tumor cells. There were three groups, and in different group lenalidomide (final concentration: 10 μM), DMSO (10³×) at the same dilution or culture medium (R-10) was added. After 24 h, the secretion of the four cytokines IL-2, TNFα, IFNγ, and GM-CSF in the supernatant was detected using AlphaLISA detection kits.
