LncRNA GASAL1 expression is downregulated in PE placental tissues. (A) Relative expression of GASAL1 was detected by qPCR assay in 30 placental samples with PE and 30 normal placental samples. (B) GASAL1 expression was assessed by qPCR assay in trophoblastic cell lines. The levels of GASAL1 in HTR-8/SVneo, BeWo, JAR, and JEG3 cells were normalized to that in HUVECs.
