The heatmap displays three DNA methylation subgroups among patients with JMML (n=255; NS/MPD pts excluded). The patients (columns) were clustered by unsupervised consensus clustering (k=3) using the 5000 most variable CpGs. Known clinical and biological features are annotated for each patient. The heatmap shows beta-values of 395 representative CpG sites (rows).
