For each ROI, reproducibility was measured with the coefficient of variation for repeated measures (COVrep). The standard error of measurement (SEM) provided a measure of reliability. Minimal Detectable Change (MDC) was calculated from SEM to provide a clinically meaningful basis for evaluating TCRE changes over repeated measures.
