Point estimates for percentage carriage prevalence of four key upper respiratory tract pathobionts are shown across three age groups <5, 5 to 17 and 18 to 65. Those aged 65+ are not shown due to limited numbers. All ‘Unknowns” were of adult age. Carriage was estimated overall i.e. a positive swab culture from either nasal or nasopharyngeal swab (dark blue), and also separately for each swab type (nasal—black; NP—grey). Error bars show 95% CI intervals.
