The effect of gamma irradiation on the infectivity and structure of influenza A virus. (A) Dose/response curve. A/PR8 samples were exposed to increasing doses of gamma rays on dry ice, and the decrease in infectivity was assessed by TCID50 assay. (B) Investigation of the quality of viral proteins by SDS-PAGE.
