Under stress conditions, USCs-exos suppressed the expression of GRP78 and GRP94. Except the control group, NP cells were cultured for 48 h under pressure. USCs-exos-10, 50, and 100 indicated that 10, 50, or 100 μg/ml exosomes were added to each response group.
