For HbA1c, the median and IQR (P25-P75) is shown, and the p value was calculated using a Mann-Whitney U test as it is not normally distributed. C peptide peak was measured at 90 min after ingestion of a mixed meal test. C peptide AUC designates the AUC of 120 min after the mixed meal with blood sampling at 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 min.
