ICR mice were injected every day with vehicle or 0.6 mg/kg FGF21, FGF21^SS and FGF19 for 6 days, and the hepatocyte proliferation was estimated using nuclear labeling with 5‐bromo‐2‐deoxyuridine (BrdU) (arrows and dotted circles), which was constantly infused simultaneously by osmotic minipump. Tests were repeated as five independent experiments.
