The titers of LLO^T-specific IgG, IgG1 and IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG3 were determined by ELISA in serially diluted (1:2) sera from mice immunized with LLO^T, LLO^T+CT (cholera toxin), or LLO^T + Alum. LLO-specific IgGs in sera from mice inoculated with adjuvants alone were similar to naïve mice (data not shown). Antibody titers were determined as the last dilution of sera with an absorbance > 0.1 above that of control sera from naïve mice. Antibody titers are expressed as Log2 values for each mouse with the mean presented. Statistical significance was calculated using a one-way ANOVA, * P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01. N = titers from 8 mice for each group.
