Localization of Tregs (Foxp3-positive cells) (brown cells, arrows) in the brain and spleen of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) mice. Staining was developed using diaminobenzidine substrate and sections were counterstained with hematoxylin and eosin.
