Accumulation of CD8⁺ T cells and CD4⁺FoxP3⁻ conventional T cells (Tcon) expressing CD39⁺ or CD73⁺ in tumor lesions from RET-tg and Panc02 mice. Expression of the CD39 and CD73 ectonucleotidases in RET-tg tumor-bearing mice (ret tu; n = 10), animals with PDAC (Panc02; n = 9) and healthy C57BL/6 mice (ctrl; n = 6) was analyzed by flow cytometry.
