Calculations are based on (i) the ratio of the uncertainty in emissions from each sector (U_TNO_s) to the uncertainty in total emissions (U_TNO_Tot) and (ii) the relative uncertainty in emissions for Annex I countries (5%) and other countries (10%) from GCB-NAE³.
