Effect of sevoflurane on synaptic proteins, glial markers, and apoptosis marker in the neonatal mouse brain. P7 mice were sacrificed at the end of anesthesia (0 hr post anesthesia) or at 6 hr post anesthesia with 2.5% sevoflurane (Sevo) for 6 hr. The mouse forebrains were dissected, homogenized, and analyzed by Western blots developed with antibodies indicated at the right side of the blots (A).
