The bar plots on the right represent the proportion of variability (R 2) in β diversity (Bray‐Curtis distance) explained by BP indexes. Multivariable‐adjusted model is adjusted for age, sex, body mass index, smoking, exercise, diuretics, β blockers, calcium channel blockers, and renin‐angiotensin system blockers. Significant results are marked with asterisk (P<0.05). α indicates effect size for α diversity; and MAP, mean arterial pressure.
