Unadjusted number of alive and diseased participants and complex-survey adjusted demographic characteristics separated by alive and deceased status for 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, 5-years after the participation in the accelerometry study in NHANES 2003–2006 cohorts. For each prediction horizon, the unadjusted number of participants is calculated as the total number of participants who were alive and deceased one, two, three, four and five years after participating in the study. The complex survey weighted number of participants in each category is calculated as the sum of all adjusted sampling weights for all participants in that category.
