Effects of dust extracellular vesicles (EVs), total dust extract, and dust extract cleared of EVs on the induction of inflammatory mediator protein levels in Beas2B cells. Cells were untreated (C) or treated with dust EVs (EVs) (0.5 μg protein/mL), dust extract (DE) (0.25%), or dust extract cleared of EVs by ultracentrifugation (sup) (0.25%) for 5 h.
