Heat-not-burn tobacco products emit environmental inhalants and are associated with adverse cardiovascular health effects. These effects include oxidative stress (5, 31), arterial stiffness (23), elevated heart rate and blood pressure (23), and vascular endothelial dysfunction (5, 34).
