Endothelial cells promote the docetaxel resistance of prostate cancer cells in vivo. (A–C) 22Rv1 cells and 22Rv1 cells combined with human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) were subcutaneously injected into the right flanks of athymic BALB/c nude mice, respectively. Mice were administered with docetaxel by intraperitoneal injection once a week for four weeks. Tumor volumes were calculated and tumor weight was measured.
