This table shows patients' characteristics before refractive procedure. When the patients were enrolled, we examined all the patients' retinas. Patients with lattice degeneration, retinal tear, or retinal hole (not combined with retinal detachment) received prophylactic laser photocoagulation. Eighty-one eyes in the ICL group and 78 eyes in the RGP group received prophylactic photocoagulation. Refractive procedures were performed 1 month after retinal laser treatment. Three to seven days before the refractive procedure, patients received ophthalmic general and optometry special examinations. Parameters before refractive procedure were recorded at this time.

Pre-CDVA, corrected distance visual acuity before refractive procedure; SE, spherical equivalent refractive accuracy; D, diopters; mm, millimeter; M, male; F, female.
