Mediator levels on PV muscle per group are represented. TNF, IL-6, and MCP-1 levels were analyzed using Kruskal–Wallis with Dunn post hoc test and are represented by median and interquartile interval (Q3–Q1). TGF-β1 and IL-4 were analyzed using ANOVA with Tukey post hoc test and are represented by mean and SD. No significant differences were found between groups for all variables.
