The cpi1-1 short root phenotype is partially rescued by the L-Kynurenine (Kyn) auxin biosynthesis inhibitor, while cpi1-1 responds normally to the p-Chlorophenoxyisobutyric acid (PCIB) auxin signaling inhibitor.
