(A) MC3T3-E1 cells were cultured for 14 days with a medium containing 50 μg/mL ascorbic acid and 20 mM β-glycerophosphate and simultaneously treated with the indicated concentrations of BAG and LPS, followed by Alizarin red s staining. (B) Representative stain images of LPS-induced ROS generation were detected by using DCFH-DA in MC3T3-E1 cells with different indicated concentrations of BAG.
