An illustration of the sliding window on the sensing signals. ${\tilde{s}}_{sp}^j$ and ${\tilde{s}}_{ep}^j$ are the starting and ending points of the segment $w_j$, where $j=1,2,3,\dots .$ The sliding samples is the distances from ${\tilde{s}}_{sp}^j$ to ${\tilde{s}}_{sp}^{j+1}$. The overlapping samples is the number of the overlapping data samples between segments $w_j$ and $w_{j+1}$.
