Proteins important for the support of hematopoietic stem cells in the bone marrow stem cell niches [1,2,3,4,5]; a summary of relevant proteins also detected in our present proteomic study of the MSC and osteoblast secretome. Proteins being important for the molecular interactions between stem cells and normal bone marrow stromal cells or extracellular matrix molecules in the bone marrow stem cell niches were identified based on the five previous review articles. The table lists all identified proteins that in addition were detected in our present proteomic study of MSC/osteoblast secretoma.
