Confidence choice entered was 0.95, and p-values reflect differences in CSC frequencies between each of the organotropic cell lines (231.LM2, 231.BoM and 231.BRMS) and the parental cell line (231). N per group varied between 2–4 mice per group for a total of 39 subcutaneously injected mice.
