Table indicating that epitopes SGTNGTKRFDN and ASVYAWNRK which were predicted to be highly antigenic with values 0.5906 and 0.5788 respectively. The threshold for the antigenicity was set at 0.5 as default parameter. The other three epitopes KTPPIKDFGGF, QLPPAYTNSFTR and SNLKPFERDIST were anticipated to be non-antigens. The antigenicity prediction was analyzed using VaxiJen server.
