Long noncoding RNA DCST1 antisense RNA 1 (CCDC144NL-AS1) regulates high-mobility group AT-hook 2 (HMGA2) expression in OS cells by decoying miR-490-3p. (A and B) mRNA and protein expression levels of HMGA2 in HOS and Saos-2 cells after si-CCDC144NL-AS1 or si-NC transfection were detected via reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and Western blotting, respectively. (C) Relationship between HMGA2 mRNA and CCDC144NL-AS1 in the 57 OS tissues was examined according to Pearson’s correlation coefficient. (D) RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) assay was performed to assess the interaction between CCDC144NL-AS1, miR-490-3p, and HMGA2 in OS cells.
