Aerobic or aquatic strength exercise training prevented high-fat-diet- induced obesity in mice on (A) water consumption and (B) energy intake. Mice (6 weeks old) were fed a HFD for up to 8 weeks combined with 4 weeks of aerobic or aquatic strength exercise training. Data shown are the mean ± SEM (n=8 mice per group).
