Effect of CyH on the expression of EMT-related markers in NSCLC cells. NSCLC cells (A549 and NCI-H460) were respectively treated with different concentrations (0, 1.51, 3.13, 6.25, 12.5 and 25 µM) of CyH for 16 h, followed by the analysis of EMT-related marker expression. (A,B) N-Cadherin, Vimentin, and E-Cadherin protein levels were analyzed by western blotting (A:A549 cells, B:NCI-H460 cells; up: the representative results of three independent experiments, down: the results of density for three independent experiments).
