STK39 overexpression promotes HCC proliferation. (A) Stable knockdown of STK39 in HuH7 cells by shRNA, the expression and phosphorylation of STK39 were assessed by qPCR and immunoblotting, the growth or the viability of cells was measured by trypan blue staining or CCK8 assay.
