Human PBMC were stimulated with OKT3 exosomes at different concentration (20-10-5 and 2.5 × 10⁹); supernatant of hybridoma cell line (OKT3 sup TOT); supernatant of exosomes (OKT3 sup exo-); anti-CD3 soluble and plate bound (1υg/ml); P3X63 exosomes (20-10-5 and 2.5 × 10⁹). After 7 hours the cells were stained for the intracellular cytokines detection. Intracellular staining of CD4+ Lymphocytes for IFN-γ (a, b and c), IL-2 (d, e and f) and TNF-α (g, h and i).
