Overview of the statistical significance of the predictive value of patients and graft characteristics for TAC concentration normalized by weight-adjusted dose (C/D/Kg). p values were calculated by multivariate linear regression analysis: only variables showing at least one significant p value by univariate analysis were included in the multivariate testing. NS = not significant and excluded from the model. CYP3A5 *1/*3 was coded as 1 while *3/*3 was coded as 2. GRWR was coded as percentage.
