Intracellular colocalization of GRP78 and ZIKV E protein. A549 cells grown on glass slides were mock infected or infected with ZIKV-T and ZIKV-U. At 24 h p.i., cells were permeabalized and stained with an anti-GRP78 antibody and a pan specific anti-flavivirus E antibody follow by staining with an appropriate secondary antibodies and DAPI (blue) for nuclei visualization. Localization (yellow) between GRP78 (red) and ZIKV E protein (green) was observed under a ZEISS confocal microscope.
