Relative expression of the efflux-pump genes in the S7/1 strain. The strain was treated with ½MIC, ¼MIC, and ⅛MIC of Cajuput oil for 90 mins. Using the 2−∆∆Ct method, data are presented as the fold change in gene expression normalized to an endogenous reference gene (ACT1) and compared to the untreated control.
