When the 10-0 nylon needle was threaded through the graft, needle penetration was suspected based on the surgeon's judgment using his/her hand. MIOCT clearly showed that the needle penetrated and was located under the corneal endothelium (arrow). (b) MIOCT image after the corneal resuture.
