Effect of Phaeodactylum tricornutum extracts on cell viability and IL-1β production in bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) and dendritic cells (BMDCs). (A–H) BMDMs and BMDCs were treated with crude (A,B), hexane (C,D), ethanol (E,F) extracts and fucoxanthin (G,H) at various concentrations. Cell viability was then measured by MTT assay.
