NRF2-regulated gene expression in human livers. Total RNA was extracted from 226 human livers (no children samples) and subjected to QuantiGene multiplex suspension array for 21 NRF2-regulated genes. The 1–100 scale indicates that the more abundant the transcript level the deeper the color. The values of #KEAP1, #NQO1, #OGG1, #SLC3A1, #SLC7A9, and #XRCC2 were multiplied 10-fold to allow the expression to be comparable with the other genes.
