Each germination curve scored by a symbol in the graph is an average ± standard error of a representative experiment (12 blocks of replicates). Except for ABA at $10\mathrm{\mu }\text{M}$ that completely inhibited seed germination (c.f. Table 3), Ler germination kinetics exhibited a significant higher ABA sensitivity compared to Col-0.
