(A) Immunohistochemical scores measured by Mao et al. [56] has depicted that AKT expression is significantly higher in pancreatic cancer (91 cases) than that in normal pancreas (51 cases). Besides, Roy et al. [57] has shown the deferentially expressed AKT isoforms in normal and malignant oral tissues through immunohistochemical analysis of the human samples, (B) Similar altered behavior of AKT has been shown by the computational results generated from the proposed model.
