(A–E) HaCaT cells were divided into Control group, IL-22 treatment group, IL-22 + si-NC group and IL-22 + si-circ_0061012 group. (A) The expression of circ_0061012 was determined via qRT-PCR. (B) Cell viability of HaCaT cells at specific time points in four groups was measured by MTT assay, and cell proliferation curve was plotted to analyze cell proliferation ability. (C) Transwell migration assay was performed to analyze cell migration ability. Migrated HaCaT cells were stained by Crystal Violet, and the number of migrated cells in five random fields was counted. Scale bar = 100 μm. (D) The invasion capacity of HaCaT cells was assessed via transwell invasion assay. Invaded HaCaT cells were dyed by Crystal Violet, and the number of invaded cells in five random fields was analyzed. Scale bar = 100 μm. (E) Western blot assay was conducted to measure the expression of proliferation marker (Ki67) and metastasis marker (MMP9) in HaCaT cells.
