miR‐15a‐5p and miR‐21‐5p reduce apoptosis induced by the combination of cytarabine and daunorubicin. K562 cells were infected with lenti‐miR virus to overexpress miR‐15a‐5p, miR‐21‐5p or EV. Annexin V assay was performed after 24 h of treatment with cytarabine (Ara‐C) and daunorubicin (DNR). The results are presented as percentage of apoptotic cells.
