FBI-1 overexpression weakens the capsaicin-induced effects on typical reported proliferation- and apoptosis-related proteins in breast cancer cells. Cells were treated with capsaicin alone (150 μmol/L) or together with FBI-1 overexpression for 72 h. The protein levels of FBI-1, Ki-67, Bcl-2, Bax, cleaved-Caspase 3 and Survivin were detected by Western blot. Data are presented as means ± SD, *p<0.05 vs Control; ^&p<0.05 vs Capsaicin; ^#p<0.05 vs OE-FBI-1.
