SLC6A14 facilitates cell proliferation and inhibits cell apoptosis in vitro. (A) SLC6A14 expression level was detected in a series of CRC cell lines and normal colonic epithelial cell line by qRT-PCR and immunoblot. (B, C) The overexpression and knockdown efficiency of SLC6A14 were examined by qRT-PCR and immunoblot. (D) CCK-8 assay was performed to access the effects of modulating SLC6A14 on cell proliferation of CRC cells. (E) Colony-forming assays in SLC6A14 overexpression and depletion CRC cells were conducted.
