The expression and methylation of queuine tRNA-ribosyltransferase 1 (QTRT1) in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) patients and normal samples. The X-axis represents the different groups: normal group (group 1: red box) and LUAD group (group 2: blue box), while the Y-axis represents QTRT1 expression and methylation level (log2). (A) The expression level of QTRT1 increased in the LUAD group compared to the normal group. (B) The methylation level of QTRT1 showed a decreasing trend in the LUAD group in the GSE49996 dataset. (C) The same decreasing trend in QTRT1 methylation level was also found in the LUAD group in the GSE63384 dataset.
