Time-lapse confocal microscopy showing DN3a cell stained with SiR-Actin (red, top right frame) cocultured with OP-DL1 cells (green, top left). Top left: SiR-Actin polarizes and stabilizes at the interface between DN3 and OP-DL1 cells (green, top right frame) for a period of ∼54 min (n = 22).
