Baseline and changes of WML visual scores in all patients. (A) During the treatment of EGFR-TKI, the patient’s WML visual scores increased progressively. (B) Comparing to the baseline scores, the scores were significantly changed at the 12-months’ point and changed more obviously at the 24-months’ point. (C) Sub-group analysis: the baseline WML visual score was significantly higher in elder patients. The WML visual scores increased more significantly at the 24-month point in younger patients than elder patients. (D) There was no difference between the baseline WML visual scores among female and male patients, while the visual scores increased more significantly in female patients at the 12-month’s point and 24-month’s point than that in the male patients.
