(B) Luteolin-treated (10 and 20 µM for 48 h) HeLa cells exhibited upregulated expression of pro-apoptotic proteins and downregulation of anti-apoptotic proteins in a concentration-dependent manner. Fold-changes of various apoptotic proteins was quantitated by comparison with the dimethyl sulfoxide controls. The data are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation of three independent experiments. *P<0.05.
